What does my employer see?

Your employer sees only team-wide aggregate counts — like '12 of 30 members were active this week.' They never see individual health data, food logs, weight entries, or any personal wellness information. Your data stays yours.

Can I keep my personal subscription if I also have one?

Yes. If you have a personal K.A.N.E. Premium subscription and your employer provides org access, you retain both. If your organization's plan ends or you leave, your personal subscription keeps you premium.

What happens if I leave my organization?

You can leave at any time from your Profile page. Your org-provided premium access ends, but all your personal health data stays intact. If you have a personal subscription, nothing changes.

What happens when the subscription is canceled?

If the company cancels, all team members lose org-provided premium access immediately. Individual personal subscriptions are unaffected. The org admin can reactivate at any time.

Is billing handled securely?

All billing is processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. K.A.N.E. never stores card information. You can update payment methods, upgrade plans, or cancel via the admin billing portal at any time.
